Nicole Scherzinger

Nicole Scherzinger is an American singer/dancer known as Pussycat Dolls lead vocalist. Born on June 29, 1978, in Honolulu, Hawaii, Scherzinger is a mixture of Filipino, Hawaiian, Russian and Ukranian roots. When she was a baby, her parents separated and her mother remarried, this time to German Gary Scherzinger. Scherzinger triumphed in the WB's show Popstars, to become one of the vocalists of the girl pop group Eden's Crush in 2001. The band's 2001 single 'Get over Yourself' reached top 10 on Billboard top 100 and topped sales. They later disbanded and Scerzinger went solo and also collaborated with Japanese rock band X Japan. In 2003, she became lead vocalist of the Pussycat Dolls, releasing two album entitled 'PCD' and 'Doll Domination' featuring the catchy debut single 'Dont Cha.' The band reaped success and lead to collaborations with known male vocalists such as Shaggy and Will Smith, and a solo career. Scherzinger also won on Dancing with the Stars season 10.
